Introduces primary techniques of painting. Emphasis on conceptualization of visual perception (understanding how we see) and the creative processes (understanding how we create). Sections either in oil or acrylic; contact instructor. Prerequisites: ART_VS 1050, or ART_VS 1060 or instructor’s consent.
