Covers chemical nomenclature, stoichiometry, kinetic molecular theory, atomic structure, periodic properties, and molecular structure and bonding. Satisfies laboratory science requirement. Math Reasoning Proficiency Course. Prerequisites: MATH 1100. MATH 1050 is NOT an appropriate substitution for College Algebra.
