This themed course focuses on three or four genres, such as fiction, poetry, drama, or non-fiction, and typically spans a range of time periods and geographical areas. Introduces the student to the practices and theories used by those who write about literature critically. Prerequisites: ENGLSH 1000. Honors eligibility required.
