This course explores disability as a natural part of the human condition, focusing on the perspectives of individuals living with disabilities. Students will examine the differences between medical and social models of disability, understand societal barriers, and develop a broader view of disability beyond the traditional medical context. This course is designed to prepare future healthcare professionals to work effectively and empathetically with individuals with disabilities. Graded on A-F basis only.
