(same as POL_SC 4865). Expressions of dissent are a visible part of our social and political life. While their aims and tactics vary, expressions of dissent are responses by citizens to the injustices they perceive, both at home and abroad. This course investigates the foundations, meanings, and practices of dissent. Graded on A-F basis only.
