This course examines how anthropologists conceptualize religious behavior, and how archaeologist use material remains to examine past religious behavior, rituals, religious practitioners, cosmological constructs, worldview and ideology in the Americas. Prerequisites: ANTHRO 2020 and/or REL_ST 2100.
