Introduction to Probability and Statistics I

Designed primarily for students in College of Business. Descriptive statistics, probability, random variables, sampling distributions, estimation, confidence intervals, hypothesis tests. Students may not receive credit for both STAT 1200 and STAT 2500. Students may not receive credit for both STAT 2200 and STAT 2500. Prerequisites: C- or better in MATH 1100 or MATH 1160. Recommended: MATH 1300. Students who will take MATH 1300 would be best-served to take it prior to enrollment in STAT 2500.
