This interdisciplinary, cross-cultural course investigates modern constructions of sexed and gendered bodies, paying particular attention to those systems of gender-based oppression that suppress multiple gender identities and expressions. May be repeated for credit with different semester themes. Prerequisites: sophomore standing.
