This is an online course that will introduce students to the basic concepts of physiology, with a focus on the integrated function of organ systems in homeostasis and human health. Several sections of the course will expose students to important issues from engineering perspective with emphasis in the analytical and quantitative engineering skills applicable to different physiological systems. Recommended: Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Basic Mathematics.
