The purpose of this course is to give journalism students a framework for engaging with the visual arts, with a focus on the 20th century and today. Our goal is to conduct a foundation for thinking, talking and writing about the visual arts, especially works and movements that might be challenging for the novice to understand. Prerequisites: instructor's consent. Honors eligibility required.
